Shipping
* We ship items to the US only.
* Flat-rate shipping & handling (Parcel, Priority, and Express) with INCLUDED insurance.
* We do NOT make money on shipping (usually we lose a little) so 5-star feedback is greatly appreciated - It's not OUR fault that shipping is so expensive.
* Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received (sometimes the same day if payment is received early enough) unless Express Mail shipping is selected, then items will be shipped no later than the next business day.
* We offer combined shipping - just wait until you have purchased all your items before checking out. We do ask that you notify us of your intentions if you do wish to wait to combine shipping. Once you are ready, let us know and we will send you an invoice for all your items with a single, combined shipping charge.
* Multiple same item shipping discount rates are posted with each listing.
* Shipping Insurance is INCLUDED in all shipping charges.
* We will only ship to shipping address of your Paypal or Google Checkout/Credit Card account. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
* Items will be shipped by the appropriate Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service, Expedited Service, or Express Service, in accordance with the shipping option selected.
* We ship from deep in the heart of Texas! Delivery time varies depending on shipping method chosen and geographic distance from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service delivery is typically within 3 to 10 business days; Priority Mail delivery is typically within 2 to 5 business days.
Payment
* Payments are expected within 3 days. If you plan on purchasing more items from us and want to wait for combined shipping, simply drop us an email just to let us know.
* PayPal is preferred, but we do accept Credit/Debit Cards via Google Checkout - you will be given the option when you check out.
* We accept U.S. or Canada issued credit cards only.
* eChecks may be held for up to 7 days.
* Sales tax (8.25%, including S&H) added to all orders shipped to Texas.
* Sales tax (8.1%) added to all orders shipped to Nevada (we are a Nevada Corporation and must collect Nevada Sales Tax as well).
* For combined checkout, wait until you have completed all of your purchases, then notify us so that we can issue a single invoice for all items with one, combined shipping charge.
* No additional auctions can be combined with this one once checkout is complete.
Terms of Sale
* Refunds are offered for items that are not as described. Defective items will be offered an exchange or store credit.
* All items, disputed or defective, must be returned within 7 days of RMA date.
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the returned item.
* As we can no longer offer Shipping Insurance as an option, Shipping Insurance is now automatically included in all Shipping and Handling charges.
* Payment must be received within 3 days after the auction is closed (or "Buy It Now" transaction). Non-paying bidders will be reported.
* We maintain strict inventory standards. Still, it's possible that we may be unable to ship an item due to depleted inventory. If that happens you will be given the option of a full refund, a substitute item, or store credit. In addition, you will receive 10% off your next order with us as a token of our appreciation.
* On a rare occasion, it's possible that we have shipped the wrong product. In such cases, simply notify us and we will issue an RMA immediately along with a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the item at OUR expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your correct item will be shipped (at no additional charge), along with a coupon for a 10% discount off your next order with us as a token of our appreciation for your patience.
